A relaxed, no-pressure appointment with one of our HCPC-registered audiologists. We'll give you a clear picture of your hearing and honest advice about whether you need any help at all. Available at both our Grange-over-Sands and Edinburgh branches, or at home if getting to us is difficult.

Hearing Aid Fitting & Supply

Because we're independent, we're not tied to any one brand, unlike some of the larger chains. We work with all the leading manufacturers including Oticon, Phonak, Starkey, Widex and Unitron, and we'll recommend whatever we genuinely think is best for yout. Every hearing aid is fitted and fine-tuned to your hearing and your lifestyle.

Repairs & Servicing

 

If your hearing aids aren't performing as they should, bring them in. We service and repair all major brands, even ones you didn't buy from us, and offer a postal service if travelling to a branch isn't practical.

Free Aftercare

 

Our job doesn't end at the fitting. Every client gets free ongoing aftercare - adjustments, servicing, check-ins, or just a chat if something doesn't feel right. For as long as you need us.
