

Aftercare, Servicing & Repairs
Once you're fitted with hearing aids, we don't disappear. Free aftercare is included as standard for every client - and if something needs attention, we're here to sort it quickly and without fuss.
Free aftercare for St John's clients
Regular check-ins, fine-tuning, cleaning and adjustments are all included as part of your care with us. If something doesn't feel right, or your hearing has changed, just get in touch and we'll get you in.
Servicing and calibration
Hearing aids benefit from a proper service every now and then. It keeps them comfortable, extends their life and makes sure you're getting the best possible sound. If your hearing has changed since your last test, we can recalibrate your aids to match your current levels too.
Repairs
Something not working as it should? Bring them in. We handle most repairs in-house, often while you wait. If something needs to go to the manufacturer, we'll arrange that and keep you updated throughout.
We service and repair all major brands - Oticon, Phonak, Starkey, Widex, Unitron and more - whether you bought them from us or somewhere else entirely.
Batteries
We supply all standard hearing aid battery sizes by post. One quick call and we'll get them on their way to you.
Postal repairs
Can't get to us? You can post your hearing aids to either branch for servicing or repair. Please give us a call before you send anything and we'll talk you through the process. When you pack them, use a sturdy box rather than a padded envelope as it makes a real difference to how safely they travel.
