St John's has been a family-run hearing specialist for over 50 years. We started as a local business serving our community, and that's exactly what we still do now.
We're not a chain. There are no sales targets or brand tie-ins, and no pressure. Just a small, experienced team who genuinely care about getting it right for the people who walk through the door.
A bit about how we work
All of our audiologists are fully qualified and HCPC-registered, so you're always in safe hands. Because we're independent, we can recommend hearing aids from any of the leading manufacturers - Oticon, Phonak, Starkey, Widex, Unitron and more - based purely on what is best for you.
We offer free hearing tests, free home consultations if getting to us is tricky, and free aftercare for every client. Adjustments, check-ins, servicing, it's all included for as long as you need it. We can even offer you 12 months interest free payment credit on your hearing aids

Most people tell us they wished they'd come sooner, because they didn't realise how much they'd been missing. We take our time, we explain things clearly, and if the honest answer is "you're not quite ready for hearing aids yet," that's what we'll tell you.
