Visits are by appointment and can be made at a time to suit yourself. For your safety and comfort, we will never call unannounced, always let you know the name of the person who is coming and carry relevant identification.

We offer Free Hearing Tests in the comfort of your own home as part of our Free Home Consultations service, undertaken by qualified and registered audiologists.
If you think you have Hearing Loss, these non-invasive tests will help to identify any issues and their potential ongoing severity.
Where required, St John's Hearing Aid Centre can supply a huge range of private digital Hearing Aids from well-known manufacturers, including Starkey, Widex, Oticon, Phonak and more.
Whether you're looking for an In The Ear (including invisible), Behind The Ear or Spectacle hearing aid, our qualified audiologists will help to advise you on the most suitable digital hearing aids for your specific requirements.
After fitting your hearing aid, they will provide full instruction on daily usage. And if you have any teething issues or questions post purchase, aftercare is only a call away at our Musselburgh branch.
We also provide a home Mobile Ear Wax Removal service. Carried out by a trained technician, this is done using one of two gentle techniques, either microsuction or irrigation.

Servicing, Calibration and Repairs of most makes of digital hearing aid can be carried out at our Musselburgh branch, along with battery replacement and fitting.
